Anshu
Anshu has been investing in Real Estate since 2009. He is a General Partner in over 500 units, and has invested passively in over 2000 units of multifamily housing.
Anshu has extensive experience in all facets of real estate investment, ownership, and management, from analysis and underwriting to maintenance and conflict resolution.
Anshu is passionate about using his real estate investment and management experience to guide his clients towards financial security. A strong believer in mentorship, he serves as the primary organizer for his local real estate meetup group.
Besides being a real estate investor, Anshu has been working in Silicon Valley for 27 years in chip design. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-BHU in Varanasi, India.
Anshu lives in Fremont with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he likes to read, practices yoga, and is a Certified Yoga Teacher.

Jonathan Nichols
Jonathan Nichols is a real estate investor local to the DFW metroplex. He began his REI career after having worked for six years in the aerospace engineering industry as a propulsion engineer where he analyzes and integrates turboshaft engines on helicopter platforms.
He holds a B.S. degree and a M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and Virginia Polytechnical Institute, respectively. He is a member of the Michael Blank Investor Incubator Program and of the Deal Maker Mastermind.
His past real estate projects include a 100 unit multifamily in the Tulsa MSA as a GP, 42 units in Austin as an LP, numerous residential real estate investments and a top rated short-term rental business in the Arlington Entertainment District.
Known as a person with a high work ethic, Jonathan enjoys helping others to achieve their goals (financial or otherwise). Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time racing in triathlons and traveling with his wife.

Michael Blank
Michael Blank has been a full-time entrepreneur and investor since 2004. He owns apartment buildings in Washington, DC and Texas and has syndicated two transactions. The 12-unit building in Washington D.C. was purchased for $475,000 and is on track to a $900,000 valuation by 2017.

In addition to his passion of apartment building investing and teaching others, Michael has owned 8 pizza restaurants and has renovated and sold over 30 single-family residences, mostly with funds from private individuals.
Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Mr. Blank was a founding member of webMethods, a successful software company that went public and achieved $200M in revenue before being purchased by Software AG.
